The Captain's Unit can sleep 2 adults and 1 to 2 kids. It is a one-bedroom suite with its own Jacuzzi tub and a tiki shower. It has 1 king size bed, which also faces the water. A full futon bed, compact refrigerator, small range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, cooking and dining utensils, cable TV, air conditioning, towels and linens. Rate for this unit is $300 per night plus 12.5% tax and a one time cleaning fee of $75.00.. An additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed style)which can be opened for this cottage making it a 2 bedroom. This unit is great after a fabulous day of sailing, for a restful sleep in a big bed and you will see the bay when your eyes open in the morning/afternoon.
