FREE use of the Sailboats, Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, and Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits are always free with cottage rental.

We have 6 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days and four 22' Catalina. You can swim and snorkel right off our beach or dock. Plus there are plenty of great
sailing adventures to be had like our mangrove jungle cruise (A key lime exclusive not on any published maps), snorkel a sunken boat, or find a deserted island beach (charts included) and many other interesting and exciting destinations to explore.
